Jon Lord joins Deep Purple

Deep Purple have been very busy lately touring North America, Russia, Ukraine, Germany and the UK. On Saturday night Deep Purple performed at Wembley Arena in London and were joined on stage by Jon Lord for the encore of Black Night. Reports indicate that even the band were surprised by Lord's appearance, with singer Ian Gillan doing a mock 'who the heck are you?' routine.
