"Wonderful stuff" on Chinese Democracy
This month's MOJO magazine (February 2005) has a very nice 10-page feature of Guns N' Roses (original plus new formation). The most interesting piece is a quote from Brian May who contributed to the highly anticipated new Guns N' Roses record, Chinese Democracy. The curly-haired guitarist states: "There is some wonderful stuff on [Chinese Democracy]. Axl's so intense about every single note very much like Freddie used to be. He's utterly meticulous."
There is also o feature on Slash and the records that inspired him. They are as follows:
Aerosmith - Live Bootleg
Queen - A Day At The Races
Aerosmith - Rocks
Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin
Kiss - Alive II
