Cream's crossroads meet again

Cream, the legendary and influential rock band of the late 1960s, returned to the stage in London's Royal Albert Hall on Monday.

The world's first supergroup performed for the first time since 1968 and did not disappoint. Fans, even some flying in from as far away as America, gave the band a standing ovation after coming on stage unannounced and performing "I'm so Glad".

The crowd saw Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker, and Jack Bruce play all their classics including "Crossroads", "Spoonfool", "White Room" and "Sunshine of your Love".

Only four concerts have been scheduled (May 2,3,5,6), all in London's Albert Hall, with tickets selling for up to £2000 GB ($3800 US) on eBay.
