Foo Fighters surprise Sydney fans

The Foo Fighters surprised Australian fans by performing a handful of songs from their soon to be released album "In Your Honour" in an outdoor show at Sydney's Fox Studios complex in Moore Park.

Around 2,000 fans gathered to see the Dave Grohl band play a 50 minute set which included two new songs during a sound check. The Foo Fighters played a solo rendition of "Everlong" as well as "My Hero" and "All My Life".

The band is currently on a trip to Australia playing a number of free gigs for the public and competition winners to promote the album release.

The setlist in full was: This Is A Call, No Way Back, Times Like These, Generator, My Hero, Best Of You, Learn To Fly, Everlong, Monkey Wrench, All My Life.

"In Your Honour" is set for a June 13 release.
