Def Leppard add N. American tour dates

Def Leppard, who recently launched a co-headlining north American tour with Bryan Adams, have lined up new headlining dates for themselves, including a late-summer swing through Canada.

The Sheffield natives, which wrap up the first batch of shows with Adams in Texas on Saturday June 11, will then tackle a dozen additional June dates, most of which will feature fellow rockers Tesla. The group also has additional July and August dates planned with Adams; dubbed the "Rock 'N Roll Double-Header Tour," the joint run touches down at minor league ballparks throughout the US.

Last month Def Leppard released a new compilation album in North America only, "Def Leppard--Rock of Ages: The Definitive Collection".
