Ozzy: "Sing along with Black Sabbath"

Black Sabbath once again took the stage as headliners when the 10th annual Ozzfest kicked off on Friday, July 15, 2005 at the Tweeter Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Frontman Ozzy Osbourne told us that doing these shows is somewhat easier on him than other concerts because the audience helps him out during the show:
[ click here to listen if you have a Backstage Pass] "They're all singing along with 'em (the songs), you know? It's an easy gig for me. I just point, point the mic into the audience, and they all sing, you know? It's 'Sing Along With Sabbath.'"

The bill also includes Iron Maiden, Rob Zombie, Shadows Fall, Killswitch Engage, Mudvayne, and Osbourne guitarist Zakk Wylde with his group the Black Label Society, among many others.

Ozzfest will wrap up at the Sound Advice Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Florida, on September 4, 2005.
