Guitar legends pay tribute to the King
In December 2004 in London's famous Abbey Road Studios, a line-up of legendary guitar players gathered for a very special one-off tribute concert in honour of The King, with musical direction from his first guitarist, first manager and life-long friend, Scotty Moore. Moore was joined by Eric Clapton, Pink Floyd's David Gilmour, Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits, Rolling Stones past and present Bill Wyman and Ronnie Wood, Steve Gibbons, Mike Sanchez and many more.
Universal have now announced the October 3, 2005 DVD premiere of A Tribute To The King, featuring the songs made famous by Elvis Presley.
