Bon Jovi having a nice day
Bon Jovi hit the big screen on Monday, September 19th, with the Have A Nice Day Launch event. The group will play at the Nokia Theatre Times Square in New York City at 9:00 p.m. ET, and its performance will be broadcast via satellite to more than 100 other movie theaters around the US. Frontman Jon told us he's looking forward to the show: [

We're going to perform at a very small theater in Manhattan - I think it's 1,900 seats - and we will be performing coast to coast and into Canada on movie screens. I think it's only 100 or 200 movie screens, but nonetheless they have the capability. And you'll be able to see us on the big screen, which is all right by me." Bon Jovi's new album, Have A Nice Day, is being released on Monday (September 19th) in Europe and Tuesday (September 20th) in North America. It's the band's first collection of all-new material since 2002's Bounce.
The band begins a North American tour on November 2nd in Des Moines, Iowa.
