Pete Townshend blogs novella
The Who's Pete Townshend announced on his website that he'll be publishing a serialisation of his latest literary project, The Boy Who Heard Music, on a special "blog" page. Starting September 24th, the novella - which is still a work in progress - can be accessed on boywhoheardmusic.blogspot.com.Townshend wrote about the project on his website, explaining, "I worked on various adaptations of the story for radio, movie and television. I don't actually write for any particular voice." In 1984, Townshend published a novel called Horses Neck.
The day after the novella is launched online, he will appear with other writers At London's Royal Albert Hall for The Poetry Olympics, a celebration of written word and song.
