Aerosmith frontman on Jazz album

The new live Aerosmith album Rockin' The Joint comes out in two weeks, but you can catch frontman Steven Tyler a week before that in a whole different kind of setting. Tyler is a guest vocalist on To Love Again, the new album from smooth jazz trumpeter Chris Botti, which comes out next Tuesday (October 18th). Tyler added his vocals to Botti's horn playing on the track "Smile."

Rockin' The Joint, which is due October 25th, is a DualDisc from the band's January 2002 performance at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. One side has live music, while the other has footage from that night and some other shows.

Aerosmith and Lenny Kravitz hit the road starting October 30th in Uncasville, Connecticut.
