Ozzy Osbourne on TV for new album
Ozzy Osbourne will make several television appearances in the next two weeks to promote his new album, Under Cover, which arrives on Tuesday (November 1st). Osbourne will appear on NBC's The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Halloween (Monday, October 31st), ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live on November 2nd, CNN's Showbiz Tonight on the 4th and NBC's Last Call With Carson Daly on November 11th. Other TV guest spots are likely to be announced as well. Despite all that, Osbourne told us he doesn't much enjoy being on television: [

I just don't like watching myself on TV, I feel geeky." In addition to tunes previously included on Osbourne's Prince Of Darkness boxed set, the Under Cover DualDisc will feature three new covers: John Lennon's "Woman," Joe Walsh's "Rocky Mountain Way" and the Moody Blues' "Go Now."
The DVD portion of the disc includes the video for Osbourne's cover of the Beatles' "In My Life," along with "Dinner With Ozzy and Friends," a 30-minute feature in which Osbourne shares stories with guests like son Jack Osbourne and Motorhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister.
In other Osbourne news, an OzzFest 10th Anniversary DVD will be released on November 22nd. The disc was filmed in 2005 at OzzFest shows in England and New Jersey and features performances from Black Sabbath, Velvet Revolver, Anthrax, H.I.M. and Rob Zombie, among others. Interviews, backstage footage and a history of the festival are among the additional features included on the DVD. A bonus CD will contain live performances from the festival.
