Green Day DVD showing in theatres

Green Day's full-length concert film, Bullet In A Bible, will be shown tonight (Tuesday, November 1st) in 68 movie theatres around the country in a special one-night screening two weeks before its release on DVD. Green Day bassist Mike Dirnt told us that the DVD has a look that's well-suited to the big screen:

Bullet In A Bible will be shown in surround sound and high-definition projection.

Bullet In A Bible comes out on DVD on November 15th. The disc was filmed at Green Day's first-ever headlining stadium shows, which took place last June at England's Milton Keynes Bowl in front of more than 130,000 people.

The DVD also features behind-the-scenes footage and candid interviews with the punk trio.
