Live 8 a horse's bottom for Bon Jovi

Bon Jovi's Live 8 rendition of "Livin' On A Prayer" is captured on the new Live 8 DVD, a four-disc package that's just been released. The New Jersey rockers were part of Live8's Philadelphia concert, and frontman Jon told us he had an interesting view of the event:
[ click here to listen if you have a Backstage Pass] "When I went out there, you get that adrenalin rush and you're all jazzed about being there and you get on that stage at the foot of the museum, and all you see is a life-size, bigger than life-size statue of George Washington on horseback. So from the microphone's perspective, I didn't see the 600,000 people. I looked up the ass of a bronze horse for my three songs, and you had to play to the television camera. It was a funny anecdote, but true."

The DVD also includes performances by Pink Floyd, the Who, U2, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Neil Young, Sting, Madonna, Rob Thomas, Maroon5, Mariah Carey, Brian Wilson, REM, Bon Jovi and others.
