ZZ Top singer joins Queens Of The Stone Age

Singer-guitarist Reverend Billy F. Gibbons will be on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Monday, November 28th, but it won't be with his group ZZ Top. Instead, Gibbons will join the modern rock band Queens Of The Stone Age as a special guest as they perform their new single "Burn The Witch." Gibbons recorded the song with the Queens on their latest studio album, which is called Lullabies To Paralyze, and he told us that working with them was a joy:

Great guys, really intense musicians, doing it right, and they are collectors of real esoteric gear, and that had my fascination. But we wound up writing a song together which has turned out to be a hit single for them called 'Burn The Witch.'"

Gibbons recently published a book titled Rock + Roll Gearhead, which explores two of his major passions, guitars and motor vehicles.
