Carlos Santana blasts George Bush

Carlos Santana blasted President Bush on Monday (March 20th) when he told Peruvian reporters that he's against the war and White House policies in general, saying, "I have wisdom. I feel love. I live in the present and I try to present a dimension that brings harmony and healing. My concept is the opposite of George W. Bush." According to the Associated Press, Santana also thinks that Iraqi war opposition is approaching the anti-Vietnam War sentiment of the 1970s. He added, "There is more value in placing a flower in a rifle barrel than making war."

Santana performed in Peru on Tuesday, March 21st, to support All That I Am. The album includes the singles "Just Feel Better" with Steven Tyler and "I'm Feeling You," featuring Michelle Branch.
