Foo Fighters drummer releases new CD

I mean, I made this record, actually this Coattail Riders record, I made, like, a year and a half ago, and it's just, I had to put it on hold due to the Foo Fighters schedule and all that kind of stuff, you know." Former Jane's Addiction bassist Chris Chaney is part of the Coattail Riders' lineup.
Hawkins has sung lead on two Foo Fighters recordings: a B-side rendition of Pink Floyd's "Have A Cigar" and "Cold Day In The Sun" from the band's latest album, In Your Honor.
The Coattail Riders celebrate the album's release tonight with a show in Salt Lake City, Utah.
