Korn release "Live and Rare"
Korn will release a collection of tracks, not surprisingly called Live And Rare, on May 9th. According to reports, the set will feature 13 cuts, including recordings of Pink Floyd's "Another Brick In The Wall" and Metallica's "One." Many of the tracks come from a November 2003 gig at New York's CBGB, while the Pink Floyd cover was taped in St. Louis and two other live songs were recorded at Woodstock in 1999. The album will also feature a take on Cheech & Chong's "Earache My Eye" and a hard-to-find B-side called "Proud."
The live cuts from CBGB include hits like "Did My Time," "Falling Away From Me," "Got The Life" and "Here To Stay," while the Woodstock songs are "A.D.I.D.A.S." and "Gift."
Live And Rare will be issued by Korn's former label, Epic Records.
The band is currently touring in support of its recently released seventh album, See You On The Other Side, and played on Friday, March 24, in Uncasville, Connecticut.
