Paul Rodgers sets solo tour dates
The end is drawing near for the Queen + Paul Rodgers tour, and Rodgers has begun making plans. He's lining up dates for his solo band, and he's already booked five shows between June 3rd and July 4th, with more to be added soon. Rodgers told us that his solo work had to take a back seat once he locked himself into touring with Queen's Brian May and Roger Taylor: "I had to rearrange some of my solo dates in order to accommodate this. I have various things, you know, various commitments." The latest stop for Rodgers and Queen was on Friday, March 24th, at the Palace Of Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The tour ends April 13th at the Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The itinerary (subject to change):
Jun 3 - Austin, TX - Travis County Exposition Center - Republic Of Texas Biker Rally
Jun 11 - Cabazon, CA - Key Club At Morongo
Jun 18 - Highlandville, MO - LZ Heartland
Jun 24 - Cleveland, OH - Burke Lakefront Airport - Grand Prix Of Cleveland
