Mark Knopfler announces tour dates
Dire Straits frontman Mark Knopfler has announced the details of his North American tour with country legend Emmylou Harris. The old friends will start things off June 19th in Toronto, and their short run together wraps up June 30th in Berkeley, California. As of now, there are nine shows booked, but more could be added. Before they get to this side of the ocean, Harris and Knopfler will play European shows from May 26th through June 12th.The dates are in support of their duets album called All The Roadrunning, which comes out April 25th.
Harris and Knopfler have been working on the album on-and-off for about seven years now.
