Korn's Davis on selecting tourmates

Korn has revealed more dates for the upcoming Family Values tour, which is scheduled to kick off on July 27th in Virginia Beach. Tickets for the first batch of shows went on sale two weeks ago, with the newly announced stops going on sale on Saturday, June 3rd. In addition to Korn, the tour's main stage features Deftones, Stone Sour, Flyleaf and Japanese act Dir En Grey. Korn's Jonathan Davis told us how the group selects its tourmates: "You put together a wish list and you go out and you try and get the bands that are available. Some bands aren't available, some bands are. You know, we put together this list and got the people that we wanted. I mean, it's a mixture between us and management, but almost all the time, we get -- if they're available, we get who we want."

Second stage acts and additional shows are yet to be unveiled.
