Led Zeppelin top yet another poll
Led Zeppelin have been named the top rock band in a survey with some curious voting criteria. The folks at the Audio Video Revolution website used the methodology of rotisserie and fantasy sports to award points in categories like US Sales; Songs and Songwriting; Technical Ability; Innovation; Live Performance; Consistency vs. Longevity; and Random Play. The Beatles were the only group to get a perfect 100 points in a category, for U.S. sales, but even with that advantage, they came in second place, behind Led Zeppelin.
