Poison & Cinderella kick off tour
Poison and Cinderella are both celebrating their 20th anniversaries by hitting the road together starting on Tuesday, June 13th, at the Midwest Wireless Civic Center in Mankato, Minnesota. The "20 Years Of Rock" Tour will feature full sets from both acts, who released their debut albums in 1986. Poison frontman Bret Michaels told us that he's really psyched about the package, since the bands go way back: "The reason this is exciting for me? Very simple -- Cinderella and Poison opened for (the Japanese heavy metal band) Loudness as our very first tour in 1986, and that was our first big gig ever. And now, 20 years later, we're out doing it together again on our 20th anniversaries. I think that's awesome." Both rock bands have new greatest-hits packages out -- Poison's is called The Best Of: 20 Years Of Rock, while Cinderella's is titled Gold.
