New Metallica song surfaces online

Another new Metallica song has found its way online. Footage of the band performing what has been temporarily called "The Other New Song" in Seoul, South Korea on August 15th, with soundboard-quality audio, has been posted at YouTube.com, reports Blabbermouth.net. This is the second new tune from the group to surface on the Web in the last couple of months, with a clip of a previously unheard and also untitled song from a June show in Holland also showing up on YouTube.

Metallica is currently writing the rest of the material for its ninth studio album, which it plans to record this fall and release sometime in 2007.

An album called Lullaby Renditions of Metallica, which is exactly what it sounds like, hits the streets on August 29th.
