Robert Plant box set due in November
Robert Plant's post-Led Zeppelin career will get boxed on November 14th with the release of Nine Lives. The package will have all of Plant's solo albums, as well as a DVD with music videos, interviews, and bonus footage.Each of the albums -- Pictures At Eleven, The Principle Of Moments, The Honeydrippers Volume One, Shaken 'N' Stirred, Now And Zen, Manic Nirvana, Fate Of Nations, Dreamland, and Mighty Rearranger -- have been remastered, and they're now expanded with rare and unreleased live and studio tracks.
The DVD has 20 music videos, live performance footage, and a career-spanning interview with Plant, as well as interviews with friends including Phil Collins, singer-songwriter Tori Amos, tennis star John McEnroe, and former Atlantic Records President Ahmet Ertegun, among others.
The only show on Plant's itinerary is The Sunflower Jam, a benefit in London on September 14th that will also feature Deep Purple drummer Ian Paice and former Purple keyboardist Jon Lord.
