Metallica to release DVD of all its videos

Metallica has announced that it will release a comprehensive DVD of all its promotional videos, on December 5th. The set, to be called The Videos: 1989-2004, will include every one of the band's videos, as well as rarities such as "Mama Said," which was never released in North America, the theatrical version of "The Unforgiven," and the trailer for the movie Some Kind Of Monster. It also includes the complete extra material from the VHS-only release 2 of One, which has never been released on DVD.

The audio has been also been remixed, for 5.1 surround sound.

Metallica is currently working with producer Rick Rubin on its ninth studio album, which is planned for release in 2007.
