Stone Sour shares similar work ethic with Disturbed
Stone Sour will join Disturbed on this November's Music As A Weapon tour, for which dates and cities were revealed on Tuesday (October 3rd). Stone Sour vocalist Corey Taylor said that both bands share a similar work ethic that makes it a good pairing, and elaborated on that philosophy for us: "You get one shot, and if you botch it, you're fucked. We're the kind of band that we don't take anything for granted. We're willing to work for it, and we're willing to work hard for it, and people just better get the hell out of our way."
The Music As A Weapon tour, which also features Flyleaf and Nonpoint, begins on November 15th in Providence, Rhode Island, with the first leg's dates scheduled through December 22nd in Madison, Wisconsin.
Stone Sour's second effort, Come What(ever) May, came out in August and features the chart-topping single "Through Glass."
Stone Sour will play its first-ever show in Russia on October 18th before heading out on a series of European dates, after which it is scheduled to return to the U.S. for the Music As A Weapon tour.
