Staind issues CD & DVD collections

Staind blankets stores with two releases on Tuesday, November 14th. One is a greatest hits collection called The Singles: 1996 - 2006, while the other is a DVD compilation titled Staind: The Videos. The CD will include never-before-released live acoustic versions of Pink Floyd's "Comfortably Numb," Alice In Chains' "Nutshell," and Tool's "Sober," recorded at a recent New York performance, while the DVD includes all the band's videos as well as two bonus live clips.

The band will play a few live shows in support of the new releases in early December, starting in Mobile, Alabama on the 2nd.

Staind vocalist Aaron Lewis has announced the venues and dates for his upcoming run of solo shows, which begins with a five-night stand in late December at Connecticut's Mohegan Sun Casino. Lewis is also planning a full-length solo tour in February and March, with details on that yet to be finalized.
