Styx show with Youth Orchestra debuts on HDNet

The concert that Styx played with the Contemporary Youth Orchestra back in May will make its debut on HDNet on Sunday (November 19th). The One With Everything show features the band and the orchestra running through hits like "Blue Collar Man," "Renegade," and "Too Much Time On My Hands," as well as debuting two new songs, "Just Be," and "Everything All The Time."

Singer-guitarist James "J.Y." Young told us that he got a glowing recommendation about the debut from one of his bandmates: "He has HDTV and HDNet, my colleague Tommy Shaw, and said that he saw the trailer, the ads for our upcoming show on November 19th, and he said it looks 'unbelievably magnificent.' So I'll go for 'unbelievably magnificent.'"

Young just got an HD-ready TV at home, but he's on the road with the band, so it will be a little while until he sees the HDNet presentation. Styx's next show is on Friday, November 17th, at the Borgata Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The One With Everything CD came out last week, and a DVD of the show is due Tuesday (November 21st). It will also begin airing on PBS affiliates around the country in December.
