Gene Simmons gets trophy at porn awards ceremony

Kiss singer-bassist Gene Simmons was at a porn awards ceremony over the weekend in Las Vegas, and he was surprised with an award of his own. He presented an award with actress Tera Patrick at the annual Adult Video News Awards ceremony, which was held at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. Simmons thought his night was done after his turn at the podium, but he was called back to the stage and was presented with the first Golden Tongue Award. A camera crew from his A&E reality series Gene Simmons Family Jewels was on hand, and the award will be featured in an episode of the show.
