Saliva tells its "Blood Stained Love Story"

Saliva released its fourth major label album, titled Blood Stained Love Story, on Tuesday, January 23rd. Although lead singer Josey Scott says he's proud of all the band's records, he told us that the new one was the most satisfying and personal of all: "A lot of us have had children and gotten married or gotten divorced, so there's been a lot of range of emotion and range of life situations to write about on this record. And I think that's why I'm most proud of it, is because it's a blow-by-blow documentation of what we go through and hopefully what everybody's been through."

The first single from Blood Stained Love Story is "Ladies And Gentlemen."

Saliva kicked off a two-month North American tour to promote the album last night in Las Vegas, with main support on the trek coming from Crossfade.

Saliva will open on February 2nd and 3rd for Buckcherry and Three Days Grace.
