Staind singer schedules more solo shows

Staind lead vocalist Aaron Lewis has added another round of acoustic solo dates to his schedule. Lewis will start a new batch of shows on March 1st in Royal Oak, Michigan, with gigs scheduled through April 4th in Buffalo, New York. Before that, the singer will perform on January 26th at the Turning Stone Casino in Verona, New York and February 9th at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

According to AOL Music, Lewis is teaming up with San Diego Padres pitcher David Wells to co-host a TV show on hunting and fishing. A title, premiere date and channel for the program have yet to be announced.

Staind is currently on an extended break following more than a year of roadwork in support of its 2005 album, Chapter V. The band has not set a timetable to begin working on its sixth studio effort.
