Heather Mills rumoured to be planning cartoon based on Paul McCartney & kids
Heather Mills is rumored to be developing a cartoon project with the specific aim of humiliating her estranged husband Paul McCartney. Britain's Sunday Mirror reported that Mills is pitching an animated project called The McFartneys, which will smear the reputations of not only Paul, but also his adult daughters, photographer Mary McCartney and fashion designer Stella McCartney.
An unnamed source said that, "She wants it to be a cross between The Simpsons and South Park and reckons it will get cult status. She'll clearly be sadly mistaken... She's saying the series will expose everything that has gone on and goes on in the McCartney family, all under the guise of the cartoon characters. But most of it has been dreamed up and cast from her skewed imagination."
Mills has allegedly spoken to Sex And The City creator Darren Starr about the project and has already registered the web domain names mcfartneys.co.uk, mcfartneys.com, and other variations.
In a possible additional swipe against Paul and his Beatles song "Strawberry Fields Forever," Mills and her sister and chief advisor Fiona have started their own company named Raspberry Fields to produce the cartoon.
In the show, Paul is to be portrayed as "smoking cannabis, picking his nose and farting all the time. He will also be depicted as a total miser -- and be jealous and possessive" of his wife, who is never allowed out of his sight. The late Linda McCartney will be portrayed as a ghost.
Paul's daughter Mary will be seen as someone who, "pretends she's afraid of her own shadow but in fact is out to destroy her stepmother and is seen plotting behind her back." Mills reportedly engaged in fisticuffs with Mary last year, and according to recent reports had Mills booted from being a spokesperson for the animal rights group PETA.
Macca's younger daughter Stella is "portrayed as a spoiled brat, who runs to daddy every time someone upsets her. She's jealous of her dad's new wife... and always complains about her step-mum eating into her inheritance."
Macca and Linda's son James will be portrayed as "the son who hates his father and can't stand the sight of him so avoids him at all costs." There was no mention of how Paul and Linda's eldest daughter, also named Heather, would be portrayed in the animated show.
Mills' character will be seen as "a put-upon, sweet little homemaker who desperately tries to fix the family's problems while juggling a career."
Although there have been persistent rumors that the couple are on the verge of agreeing to a divorce settlement of around $50 million, so far there has been no official sign that the pair have come to any agreement.
McCartney and Mills currently share custody of their three-year-old daughter, Beatrice.
