Hellyeah shooting video in studio parking lot

Hellyeah will shoot a video for its first single, "You Wouldn't Know," in the parking lot of the Dallas, Texas recording studio co-owned by Hellyeah / Pantera / Damageplan drummer Vinnie Paul and his late brother and bandmate, guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott. According to The PRP, the video will be shot on Sunday, February 25th, and fans can go to Hellyeah's MySpace page for information on how they can attend and take part in the shoot. The song comes off the band's self-titled debut album, which arrives on April 10th.

Hellyeah features members of Mudvayne and Nothingface in addition to Vinnie Paul.

The band recorded its album at the Dallas studio, where several Pantera albums were also cut.

In related news, Blabbermouth has reported that former Damageplan vocalist Patrick Lachmann will play guitar for Killswitch Engage on the New England band's upcoming North American tour. Lachmann will fill in for Killswitch guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz, who is recovering from a serious back injury. Killswitch Engage is supporting its latest album, As Daylight Dies, which features the single "My Curse." The tour is scheduled to kick off on February 21st in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
