New Rush track online, album title confirmed

Rush has confirmed some Internet rumors about their upcoming plans. As expected, the band has named their upcoming album Snakes & Arrows, and the first single will be "Far Cry." Snakes & Arrows, their first set of new material since Vapor Trails in 2002, will be out May 1st. If you go to the official rush.com website, you can hear a short snippet of "Far Cry," which should be released in the next few weeks.

The band will hit the road this summer behind the album, and guitarist Alex Lifeson recently said the tour would begin in mid-June. There have been rumors that opening night will be June 13th at the Starwood Amphitheatre in Antioch, Tennessee, though nothing's been confirmed yet.
