OK Go plans video for "Do What You Want"

OK Go is preparing the video for its next single, "Do What You Want." Fans can expect dance routines in the upcoming clip, similar to OK Go's previous videos for "A Million Ways" and "Here It Goes Again." Frontman Damian Kulash recently told us that because OK Go was going to release "Do What You Want" as the first single from its album Oh No, the band had already shot a couple of clips: "It'll actually technically be the third video we made for that song. The band made one just when we were on tour -- we shot one in state parks and at rock shows. And then we made sort of an official video with the label with a director that we're really fond of. But we made that a year ago, and it just doesn't feel apropos anymore. I feel like we need to do something new."

According to NME, the band has conceived a very basic clip, with one camera shot, one room and a single backdrop. Damian Kulash said, "It's about achieving as much diversity as you can within that one shot."

There's no word yet on a release date for the single.

OK Go begins a tour with Snow Patrol later this month.
