Buckcherry bringing "Everything" to "Tonight Show"

Buckcherry will perform its new single "Everything" tonight (Friday, March 2nd) on NBC's The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. The band's previous late night TV performance was last year on Jimmy Kimmel Live. We asked singer Josh Todd if Buckcherry did anything special to prepare for these appearances: "Not really, we're just gonna treat it as just, like, another show, you know. If you get too caught up in it, you know, you don't want to have a bad performance 'cause you only get really three-and-a-half minutes of fame right there, so you've got to make it count."

Jay Leno is rockin' out this week: he had Korn on the show last night (Thursday, March 1st) and will have Buckcherry tonight. Who's next, Slayer?

Buckcherry, like seemingly every other band these days, is asking fans to create their own video for "Everything." Filmmakers can upload their homemade clips to youtube.com/group/buckcherrycontest and follow directions to enter the competition. The winner and a guest get roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, tickets and VIP access to Buckcherry's March 20th show in London. Deadline for entries is March 9th.

Buckcherry next plays in New Haven, Connecticut on March 7th and heads to Europe later this month.
