Buckcherry still "crazy" over song success

Buckcherry has now released three singles from its 2006 comeback album, 15, including its latest one, "Everything." But the album's first hit, "Crazy Bitch," is still a massive success, with the song played more than six million times at the group's MySpace page alone. Guitarist Keith Nelson told us that he never imagined how huge the track would become: "Never. Never. I mean, that song has been downloaded as a ringtone over a million times. It's funny, 'cause I went and got a new cell phone and I was at the provider's desk and I'm standing there, and I'm just a guy at the cell phone place and the guy's phone rings and it's 'Crazy Bitch' and I had to laugh, you know."

15 has sold 648,000 copies since its release last spring.

The band recorded the album in late 2005 after a three-year hiatus and the departure of several members.

Buckcherry plays Friday night (March 30th) in Glendale, Arizona and kicks off its next leg of tour dates on April 7th at a radio festival in Richmond, Virginia.
