Judge Lawrence Korda was caught with the "wacky tabacky" Sunday (March 18th) when officers exercising at Florida's Stanley Goldman Park smelled marijuana in the air and found Korda sitting on a park bench smoking a joint. Florida's Sun-Sentinel newspaper reports that Korda was given a misdemeanor citation by the officers who "field-tested the joint." Korda was the first judge to hear arguments over who should take possession of Anna Nicole Smith's corpse.
