"Jackass" stunt lands man in hospital

They don't call it Jackass for nothing -- a Wisconsin man is recovering from second degree burns on his hands and genitals after trying to imitate a stunt from the Johnny Knoxville movie on Sunday (March 4th). Another man was charged with felony battery and first-degree reckless endangerment Tuesday (March 6th) for his role in the botched experiment.

Witnesses say 20-year-old Jared Anderson volunteered to light his privates on fire after watching it being done in the movie. Forty-three-year-old Randell Peterson helped Anderson's quest by pouring lighter fluid on him and setting him on fire. As soon as the fire was ignited, Anderson ran to a bathtub to douse the flames and was taken to the hospital to treat his wounds. Anderson later said he didn't want anyone to get in trouble for the stunt but his pal Peterson was charged anyway, and faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted, according to the Associated Press.
