Red Hot Chili Peppers singer admits to porn addiction

Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis revealed that he was once obsessed with Internet pornography, according to Gigwise.com. The singer, who's also a recovering heroin addict, said, "When I finally got a computer, I discovered this limitless world of pornography. I realized the same feeling I was having was the same I used to get when scoring drugs. Sex can have a dark side. I actually had to make a commitment to myself to stop."

Kiedis said that dating 20-year-old Heather Christie, who is 24 years younger than the vocalist, also helped him kick his habit.

The Chili Peppers wrapped up a North American tour last night (Wednesday, March 7th) in Houston, Texas. The band will play one show in Mexico City on March 10th and an event in Oklahoma City on the 12th before heading to Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

The group will headline the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival on April 28th in Indio, California.
