Jimi Hendrix guitar playing analysed

Guitar World magazine is doing their part to help you play guitar like the late Jimi Hendrix. The new issue of the magazine puts the spotlight on the 1967 album Axis: Bold As Love, with song-by-song lessons from guitarist and writer Andy Aledort, who shot his performances in Hendrix's Electric Lady Studios in New York City. The video lessons come on a DVD that runs over three hours, with close-up shots of Aledort's hands as he plays through the material, along with a "making-of" documentary about Axis, and photos and footage of Henrix at work. There's also a poster of the original album cover, and a 16-page booklet.
