2002 Alice In Chains frontman Layne Staley is found dead from a massive drug overdose in his Seattle-area home. He was 34 years old. Staley actually died April 5th, but his body wasn't discovered for two weeks.
2003 Bon Jovi headlines the Tiger Jam VI benefit concert in Las Vegas, which raises money for children's charities supported by the Tiger Woods Foundation. After the show, the band donates $20,000 to the organization.
