The Bravery to go acoustic

The Bravery plans to create dance remixes and acoustic versions of all the songs on its newly released second album, The Sun and the Moon, according to NME.com. Both have been done for the CD's first single, "Time Won't Let Me Go," and singer Sam Endicott said he wants to do more, explaining, "It's cool to see the different directions you can go with them. Plus a song like 'Time' -- it's so not a disco song that it's really fun to make a disco song out of it."

Keyboard player John Conway told us that the Bravery really opened itself up to experimenting with new sounds on The Sun and the Moon: "We really thought out acoustic sounds on this record and used things like organs and, you know, bizarre antique instruments and lastly, a lot of vocals. Everybody's singing now and, you know, that carries over into our live show as well."

The Sun and the Moon arrived in stores on Tuesday (May 22nd).

Endicott told NME that the acoustic and remixed tracks will surface online or possibly as seven-inch singles.

The Bravery performed on Thursday night (May 24th) on Last Call with Carson Daly before continuing its North American tour on Friday (May 25th) in Cleveland.
