Slash comes clean about guitar incident

Velvet Revolver guitarist Slash recently came clean about taking a guitar from the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando, Florida. But it wasn't just any guitar -- it was his own. According to RollingStone.com, he decided to return it during a recent ceremony honoring his music at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

The former Guns 'n' Roses rocker told the crowd, "I stole that from the Hard Rock in Orlando. It was in the dressing room. I didnβ??t know what it was doing there, so I took it... So Iβ??ve had it all these years and been playing it." He said there was no "better way to honor the Hard Rock for honoring" him "than to give it back, sort of."

Velvet Revolver will kick off a tour with Alice In Chains on August 5th in Baltimore. They will be out behind their sophomore album, Libertad.
