Nikki Sixx vs Baywatch ex-wife

Nikki Sixx's ex-wife, model and actress Donna D'Errico, collapsed in the restroom of a Los Angeles courthouse on Friday (November 9th) during proceedings on splitting up their assets in the wake of their divorce, according to KNBC.com. The former Baywatch star complained of breathing problems and went to the restroom, where she was found unconscious after not returning for a prolonged amount of time. Although paramedics were called to the scene, D'Errico eventually left the courthouse on her own. She said that her breathing issues were related to a case of asthmatic bronchitis that had been aggravated by the recent Southern California wildfires.

D'Errico asked the judge on both Thursday (November 8th) and Friday for the trial to be delayed because of her condition, but her requests were denied. D'Errico does not have a lawyer and was forced to represent herself, but reportedly could barely whisper during the proceedings.

Sixx and D'Errico have reportedly agreed on visitation rights for their six-year-old daughter, Frankie-Jean, but have gone to trial to divide up their financial and property assets.

D'Errico filed for divorce in April of 2006. The 10-year marriage was officially ended in June of that year. The trial is now rescheduled for November 26th.

In other news, Sixx posted a message online denying reports that his current project, Sixx A.M., was going to tour next February. Sixx wrote, "There have been a lot of rumors that we might tour. I wanted you to hear from us directly that there are no tour plans at this point...we do plan on making other albums and the dream would be to tour some day, but that day is not as close as radio and press is announcing."
