Dates revealed for "Taste Of Chaos"

Bullet For My Valentine, Avenged Sevenfold and Atreyu have all been confirmed to appear on the 2008 Taste of Chaos tour, which will kick off on February 29th in Denver. The 43-show run will also feature performances from Bless The Fall, Idiot Pilot and three bands from the growing Japanese rock or "J-Rock" scene: Mucc, D'Espairsray and the Underneath. Taste of Chaos is produced by the creators of the Warped Tour, with previous bills featuring 30 Seconds To Mars, the Used and My Chemical Romance.

Although Bullet For My Valentine, like most bands, is off the road right now for the holidays, singer Matt Tuck told us that he'd be happy to play right through the Christmas season if he had the chance: [ Click to listen if you have a backstage pass] "We love what we do, and if we could play Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, (UK holiday) Boxing Day, whatever, I think we probably would if we could, 'cause we enjoy it. And I don't know, I think the latest we got home was 23rd of December, and that was off an Atreyu tour, I think, a couple of years ago."

Atreyu is promoting its major label debut, Lead Sails Paper Anchor, which arrived this past summer, while Avenged Sevenfold issued its self-titled fourth album at the end of October.

Bullet For My Valentine will release its sophomore effort, Scream Aim Fire, on January 29th. The Taste of Chaos shows will be the band's first in support of the new disc in the U.S.
