Jimmy Eat World joining Foo Fighters

Jimmy Eat World has been added to the first week and a half of dates on the upcoming Foo Fighters tour of North America, according to Alternative Press. The pop-punk combo will appear on the trek from January 16th to January 25th, joining the Foos and previously announced openers Against Me!. Jimmy Eat World is supporting its recently released new album, Chase This Light, which features the singles "Big Casino" and "Always Be."

Chase This Light debuted at Number Five on the Billboard 200 album chart in October, selling 62,000 copies in its first week of release.

Jimmy Eat World will perform at a holiday radio festival in Detroit on Monday (December 17th).
