Kiss at odds with concert promoter

Kiss is suing a Vancouver concert promoter for $900,000 in unpaid performance fees. According to TMZ.com, the rockers allege that Big Mountain Concert Company had promised them a venue, but bailed just 12 days before the planned September 2007 gig in Whistler, British Columbia. Lawyers for Kiss say the move resulted in "injury" to the band members' "respective reputations."

Kiss will release the third volume of its archival Kissology DVD series on December 18th.

Gene Simmons recently shot an episode of the ABC series Ugly Betty.

VH1 is airing a "Kissmas" special on Friday, December 7th and Saturday, December 8th featuring concert footage and other features.
