Rush's Snakes & Arrows world tour to be extended

Rush has announced plans to extend its Snakes & Arrows World Tour into 2008, after rehearsals in March to consolidate the set. The band will kick off the 40 new U.S. and Canadian dates with its first-ever appearance in San Juan, Puerto Rico in April. The Snakes & Arrows World Tour was the Canadian trio's highest grossing tour ever.

Snakes & Arrows, their first album of original material in almost five years, debuted at Number Three on the Billboard 200 chart. "Malignant Narcissism," a track from the album, has been nominated for a Grammy Award as Best Rock Instrumental Performance.
