Led Zeppelin meeting this month
Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones says in a new interview with Rolling Stone that "it could be fun to do more stuff" and reveals that the band is having a meeting this month to discuss its future. Speculation has been rampant that the legendary British group will launch a full-fledged tour later this year after performing together for the first time in 18 years last month in London. While Jones also replies, "I don't know honestly" when asked whether Zeppelin will perform again, he also hints, "We'll start talking to each other soon."Jones also says that late drummer John Bonham's son Jason did an "amazing job" behind the kit, adding, "He's as fearless as his dad."
Bonham told us he couldn't believe the rave reviews he got for his performance from musicians, fans and journalists: [

The next day, when the press was so unanimous of 'the greatest return that could ever be,' that's when it kind of got very emotional for me. That was hard, to suddenly...'wow, I did it.' And watching the clips back on YouTube, I'm amazed I pulled it off." In other excerpts from the interview posted online, John Paul Jones reveals that he "tried to keep the enormity of it all as far away as possible" on the day of the London show, adding, "For every show we've ever done, there is always hype, expectancy. For us, it was just 'Let's get on and do it.'"
The two largest concert promoters in the U.S., AEG and Live Nation, are reported to have enormous offers on the table for a Led Zeppelin tour.
